Big Bag Sack Filling Bucket

NG Attachments' specially developed Big Bag Filler Bucket is designed for mounting on wheeled loaders to fill free-flowing materials (such as sand, gravel, soil, and fertilizer) directly and in a controlled manner into Big Bags. Operator comfort, dust control, and occupational safety are at the forefront.

Hydraulics & Operation Details

No hydraulics required – manual unloading.

Dust control can be supported with the optional hydraulic sliding cover .

Operation: The big bag is held, its mouth is placed on the bucket, the filling is completed with the loader movement.

Additional equipment: bag hanging hooks, pipe frame supporting the mouth and optional speed limiter.

Material & Strength

Body: ST52 high strength structural steel

Cutter/lower blade: HARDOX 400/450 wear steel

Corner and surface reinforcement: Steel plates + mesh or resistant lining

Pivot and pawls: Heat treated, greaseable

Coating: Electrostatic powder painted (optional galvanized)
